GSA's Board of Directors is made up of parent volunteers dedicated to the long-term success of Greensboro Swimming Association and a positive experience for swimmers, families, and coaches.

The Board provides organizational oversight, supports the club's strategic and financial operations, and works with GSA's professional coaching staff. Board members also help families connect with the club and strengthen communication throughout the GSA community.

Board members are elected by the GSA membership at the annual meeting and serve in accordance with the organization's bylaws.
