OUR COMMITMENT

GSA is committed to providing a safe, healthy, and positive environment for every swimmer. Athlete protection is a shared responsibility among coaches, parents, officials, board members, volunteers, and athletes. GSA follows USA Swimming Safe Sport policies and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policy.

TRAINING AND EDUCATION

USA Swimming provides age-appropriate Safe Sport education for athletes and resources for parents. Families are encouraged to review these materials together and discuss appropriate boundaries, healthy relationships, and how to report concerns.

REPORTING A CONCERN

Concerns may be reported directly to USA Swimming or the U.S. Center for SafeSport. The U.S. Center for SafeSport can also be reached at 833-5US-SAFE (587-7233). If you suspect child abuse or neglect, contact local authorities in addition to making a Safe Sport report.
